My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary with a getaway in Daytona Shores when the check engine light came on in our vehicle. Fortunately, we found Teresa's Garage, and from the moment we arrived, we were treated with kindness, honesty, and genuine professionalism. They even gave us a ride back to our hotel while they diagnosed the problem, and our vehicle was ready the next morning. They discovered that we had lost 4.5 quarts of oil due to a faulty oil filter. Rather than simply replacing the oil and sending us on our way, they went above and beyond. They thoroughly cleaned all the oil that had blown over the engine and undercarriage, changed the oil, added dye to help detect any future leaks, and—with my permission—test drove the vehicle for approximately 30 miles to make sure everything was working properly. Anyone familiar with Florida traffic knows that's no quick trip, but they wanted to be absolutely certain the repair was complete before returning the car. In today's world, it would have been easy for a shop to take advantage of travelers far from home by claiming additional repairs were needed or charging an outrageous bill. I recently brought my Kia Forte in for a routine oil change and asked if they could take a look at some minor trim damage. Initially, they weren't sure if it was something they could handle and suggested a body shop. However, the mechanic working on my car went above and beyond and managed to fix the trim unprompted and completely free of charge! I didn't catch his name, but I am incredibly grateful for the extra effort. This is truly amazing customer service, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

I know nothing about fixing car's. I am a Uber/ Lyft driver and I've had plenty of customers go to this auto repair place Theresa's, and say how wonderful they are. My car is at 130,000 miles and finally needed to be fixed. The spark plugs went. Upon repairing the car we replaced the plugs and coils after testing it. we also did an induction and installed an air and cabin filter. The car runs perfectly and I think I'm even getting better gas milage than before I needed the service. As far as customer service They called me when they said they would, they also pick up the phone and their prices are very good. They are extreemly busy. To me that goes to show the good work they do and their reputation for being honest, and doing excllent work. I will be back for my car services Thank you !
